You don’t have to take exercise, it’s not necessary. Don’t you stir your bones! We’ll sort you out in a trice! If only it were that easy!
Why are so many people are taken in by the false promises of some weight loss programs? There really is no such thing as a free lunch in this world. If you think that all the weight that has taken you years to ‘cultivate’ can be ‘disappeared’ in moment, you are living in a make-believe world.
