The Slim Habit – the Best Way To Lose Weight

 

In case you haven’t noticed the current obesity epidemic shows no sign of ending. In fact, if anything, it’s getting worse. So, with more and more diets being sold, why hasn’t there been some improvement? $61 billion dollars later and the world is still as overweight as it was. Surely there must be something wrong? It’s not as if millions of people are not trying to lose weight. Clearly something is not right, but what is it? What is the best way to lose weight?

There is only way the current obesity epidemic can be tackled successfully is to give people the means to make change. Unless they make change and get rid of the bad habits that make them fat, and learn new habits, slim habits, they will always have a weight problem, no matter how many diets they go on.
